PROPOSED RELIEF PROGRAM
The proposed Relief Program has been divided in two phases i.e., Immediate Relief, and Rehabilitation.
IMMEDIATE RELIEF: Targeted for severely affected 350 families.
1. Food Packets – have already been distributed.
2. Dry Ration – 350 bags @ Rs. 1450 per bag including Transport = Rs. 5,07,500/=
3. Utensils – Rs. 1200 per family for 350 families = Rs. 4,20,000/=
4. Warm Cloths - Rs. 1000 per family for 350 families = Rs. 3,50,000/=
5. Blankets – 3 blankets per family @ Rs. 300 per blanket = Rs. 3,15,000/= .
Dry Ration Bag Contents: Wheat Flour – 10 kg, Rice – 5 kg, Pulses – 2 kg, Potato – 5 kg, Onion – 2 kg, Cooking Oil - 1 lit., Milk Powder – 1kg, Sugar – 2 kg, Tea Leaf - ½ kg, Spices and Glucose biscuits - 10 packets.
REHABILITATION: The Society is targeting only 40/ 20 houses in the most affected area.
1. 1. Shelter Housing/ House Repairs: @ Rs. 30,000 per house for 40 houses = Rs. 12,00,000/=
2. House Reconstruction @ Rs. 65,000 for 20 houses only = 13,00,000/=
Even a small contribution for one Ration Bag or one Utensils- Kit or Blankets will be big help to a family struggling to survive this crisis.
